Robin Coleman, RN-MPH has a profound passion for community empowerment, mental health, and educating individuals about the impact of stress and trauma on our personal wellbeing, our interactions with others, and our ability to thrive in life.  She has nearly 15 years of experience as a registered nurse with a Masters in Public Health, expertise in Health Promotion Education and Behavior, and extensive training in trauma responsiveness. Nurse Robin’s unique approach as an influencer is rooted in her mastery as a health promoter, her lived experiences, her passion and vulnerability.  As a Change Agent and Transformational Leader, her fresh perspective and authentic and transparent approach is invaluable in transforming people, culture, and policies. 

Nurse Robin created the Inner Alchemy Wellness Lab to offer Somatic Psychotherapy and her signature health coaching program, Wisdom Obtaining Wellness℠  (W.O.W).  She teaches holistic interventions that support effectively coping with daily stressors and traumatic events to improve overall wellbeing. Robin is there to support you as you explore your shadow self.

The journal has a brief description on the 9 dimensions of health and wellness, and is divided into 3 sections: self-awareness prompts, goal setting activities, and journaling with accountability tasks and weekly check-ins.
